Well, not yet. I have one last ski trip planned, and then I can embrace my favorite season.
After a few ski trips in Japan, Canada, and California, plus a quick jaunt to Morocco, I’ve been in the home office putting finishing touches on some large projects. I’ll let you know when they’re out in the public for reading pleasure. The best way to get immediate updates is to subscribe to my newsletter.
An interview I did with Travel Writing 2.0 was published over the weekend. In it, I share insights on how I make it through all the office work and road work, plus manage to have something that resembles a life outside my job. Check it out here.
Also, I’ve had a few more articles to add to my 2018 list:
Don’t Stop Traveling: How Tour Operators Are Combating Overtourism for AFAR.
Everything You Wanted to Know About Airport Yoga (but Were Afraid to Ask) for AFAR.
Five Items That Reincarnate Plastic Bottles Into Outdoor Gear for Sierra.
One Day, One Place: Portland through its indie ethos for the San Francisco Chronicle.
Michael Mina expanding connection to Hawaiian tables for the San Francisco Chronicle.
Fighting Eel designs win fans with versatile, chic and comfortable island designs for the San Francisco Chronicle.
Scotland by Foot for Private Clubs.
More to come, soon—as well as a new project announcement that’s focused on recognizing small accomplishments by all who love the outdoors.
