Today is the launch of the Passports With Purpose fundraiser by travel bloggers to support projects in the developing world. Last year, PWP raised more than $84,000 to fund two schools in Mali (and two adult literacy programs) in partnership with buildOn. The beneficiary of this year’s project is Sustainable Harvest International (SHI), an organization that provides farming families in Central America with the training and tools to preserve our planet’s tropical forests while overcoming poverty.
